Beginner to Advanced can ski down Salamander, a 2-mile long beginner slope that is the longest ski slope in the south. Salamander is always one of the first to open each ski season at Timberline with snowmaking capability on this slope. The house is located where you can take advantage of the view while you prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen during your stay at Timberline. A gas grill is located on the deck outside where hamburgers can be grilled at lunchtime as skiers pass by. Spend the evening having a quite moment in the living room sitting in front of the fire or watching a movie. After a full day of skiing, you and your guests may want to relax by soaking in the hot tub located on the outside deck or if a quiet moment is what you are looking for, enjoy a stress free soak in the whirlpool tub in the master bath. Should a day on the slopes not tire you out, (or if you need a place for the kids to escape to) there is a Foosball table, TV with DVD/VCR, board games and an electric dart board available for your entertainment in the rec. room on the bottom level.
